We welcome your enrolment at Churchill Park School!
Steps to enrol your child:
1. Complete an Enrolment Form
- If you live within the school zone and are an NZ citizen or resident, complete an In-Zone enrolment form
- For Out of Zone enquiries, please see information at bottom of page.
- To book on a School Tour, please complete this short form.
2. Gather documents
- Your child’s New Zealand birth certificate or passport or
- Australian passport (if Australian citizen) or
- NZ residency permit or NZ student visa/permit
- Proof of your address (e.g., utilities bill, rental/sales agreement)
- A copy of any Court Order Documents (if applicable)
3. Liaise with our Office Manager
Once we have received the enrolment form, our Office Manager will be in touch with next steps. You are welcome to pop into the office to discuss in person. Office hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Out of Zone Applications are now OPEN
The Board invites applications from parents who wish to enrol their children at Churchill Park School in 2027. The Churchill Park School Board has determined that a limited number of places are likely to be available in the following year levels for out of zone students for next year (2027).
20 x New Entrant (have already turned five or turning five in 2027)
Siblings of above applicants will be considered.
School Tours
For out of zone families who are genuinely interested in applying for a place at our school, we strongly encourage you to attend one of the three scheduled tour dates listed below. Please note, that due to time constraints, we will be unable to accommodate additional tours once the ballot has been held or places have been offered.

Tour dates:
Wednesday 26th August at 9.30am
Tuesday 15th September at 9.30am
Tuesday 13th October at 2pm
Applications for out of zone places must be submitted by 3pm on Wednesday 14th October, 2026, using the Out of Zone form below.
If a ballot is required, it will be held on Wednesday 21st October, 2026.
Parents will be informed of the outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.
